CourseThis is the basic training CDP offers nonprofits as a precursor to CDP's catalog trainings and workshops. Organizations will learn the 6 components of nonprofits and how to create a healthy and sustainable nonprofit organization.

Organization Evaluation Training - Membership
CourseParticipants will complete CDP’s Organization Evaluation Tool to get an assessment of the health of the nonprofit in the six areas of Legalities, Board Governance, Image Development, Resource Development, Strategic Planning and Program Development.
